30-DAY “ZERO VALUE” GUARANTEE
If your first month brings no value, we’ll refund it. We back our work so you can move fast without fear.
The Team Room is a private marksmanship community built and led by military marksmanship instructors for shooters who are done wasting range days. It is built to take you from “owns good gear and guesses” to “calling wind and connecting at distance with intent” over your next few training cycles.
If you’ve put money into good gear and you’re still guessing at the range: groups not tightening, no idea why you stalled, nobody to tell you the truth. That’s not a gear problem. That’s a training problem.
How we do it:
- Pistol, Carbine, and Precision Rifle: Levels 1 and 2, plus the Kestrel Masterclass
- Drill standards scored on the clock, to the 8-ring. No experience floor: Level 1 starts at fundamentals
- Live Q&A twice a month with the instructor team, plus coaching on your videos
- A private community of serious shooters
Train with intent. Save the time and money you’re burning on guesswork. That’s The Team Room.
Start with 7 days free, then $35 a month for the courses, the calls, and the coaching. Go annual inside your first 30 days ($299, rate locked for as long as you stay) and the Kestrel Masterclass unlocks with it. Backed by the 30-day “zero value” guarantee: if the first 30 days are a waste of your time, tell us and we refund you.
Less than one weekend course, with training every week.
STRAIGHT ANSWERS
Who runs the training?
Razorback Tactical and The Team Room are led by career Marine Corps marksmanship instructors. The instructor cadre carries more than 60 years of combined marksmanship and instructional experience. In-person courses are run by the Razorback Tactical instructor team in West Virginia.
Who can train?
Civilians, U.S. military, and federal, state, and local law enforcement. Every student must be 18 or older, a U.S. citizen, and legally eligible to own a firearm. In-person courses also require a background check on enrollment.
What courses does Razorback Tactical run?
Pistol, carbine, and long-range precision rifle. The lineup runs from Rifle / Pistol Fundamentals through Defensive and Advanced Pistol, the CMOP carbine program, and the LRPRC precision rifle series. Most courses are two days of live fire, and dates are on the schedule at razorbacktactical.net.
Is there long-range precision rifle training in West Virginia?
Yes. Razorback Tactical runs the LRPRC precision rifle series and Mountain Rifleman at ranges in Jolo, High View, and Cool Ridge, West Virginia. Students engage targets from 600 out to 1,535 yards depending on the course, and first-time long-range students have connected at 1,025 yards on day one.
Where are the in-person courses held?
Three ranges in West Virginia: Range 1 in Jolo, Echo Valley Training Center in High View, and the Beckley Gun Club in Cool Ridge. Range 1 covers more than 1,000 acres of mountainous terrain with onsite lodging. Link-up details are emailed when you register.
Do I need training experience first?
No. Rifle / Pistol Fundamentals has no prerequisite, and it is the right starting point if you have never taken a formal class. Advanced pistol, carbine, and precision rifle courses list their prerequisite on the course page, and proof of similar training is accepted where noted.
Can I rent a rifle or pistol for a course?
Yes. Most courses have rental packages for pistols, carbines, and complete precision rifle and optic systems. Ammunition is never included. Email training@razorbacktactical.net before your course to reserve.
What is The Team Room?
